How I lost weight – 60 pounds!!!

Hypnosis:

The most accepted form of holistic health care for weight loss is not really medicine at all. It is somewhat a behavioral modification through hypnosis. Hypnosis as an holistic health care doesn’t make you to depend on will power. This is the reason why hypnosis is so popular.

Hypnosis investigates what is subconsciously holding you to the thinking and eating habits that keep you overweight. Once the root cause of overweight can be alleviated then you will naturally begin to lose weight.

It is the most effective from of holistic health care and also cost much less to day spas and expensive over the counter weight loss pills. You can eat healthily by following hypnosis, and allows a positive energy flow through you which keeps you to stick to the new way of eating and exercising.

New Heart Rate Monitor

I just purchased the Sportline SX Universal Combo ECG Heart Rate Monitor. I am going to enjoy this. It has a chest belt option that allows for non-touch heart rate reading.

Here is a review I found: Review  Link goes to: http://www.amazon.com/review/RO5GY8SYR2M0O

Here is a picture of the product: Picture  Link goes to: http://www.amazon.com/Sportline-Universal-Combo-Heart-Monitor/dp/B001O2KNGY

I purchased mine at Walmart. However, Walmart doesn’t have it on their website. It was under 50 bucks.

I used it tonight bike riding and I burned 200 calories.

This will be fun!

A changing teen

The boy’s voice started cracking at the end of April. Little by little it cracks and creaks. It really is an awesome event to witness. Within 2 weeks his voice is already an octave lower. I love it. I love watching every minute/moment of each and every change he goes through.
