Walking the Susan G. Komen 3day

Well as the title says I am walking the Breast cancer 3 Day – super excited.

San Diego doesn’t do the walk until November so I have some months to train: GOOD!!

I purchased new shoes and am training in them. Big 5 Sporting Goods has shoes on clearance and then they take another 30% off at the register. I got a pair of 115 dollar shoes for 30 bucks.

I will probably do short walks, then a nice long walk, then more short walks, just to get my body acclimated to the walks.
