My rsd
My pain is rearing its ugly head again. I need to get to walking again. It helped to keep it at bay. This damn foot injury set it off.

Sorry's...
How come the word sorry comes with a but attached to it? "I'm sorry, but..." I try my hardest to make sure that when I apologize that I do not include a "but" in it. Now maybe after the issue has resolved, then I can throw in my thinking as to what went wrong for me.
Been having some hard time at work. I am loud and outgoing and boisterous in a room full of cubicles. People don't like me because of all of the above. I could care less, but I will definitely try to work on my level inside the workplace, I really do try already but apparently not enough.
Some of my issues lately seem to be because I am sick of being in a low man on the totem pole position. I want to be the one people come to. I want to be the one in charge. I am not and while I am good at my job and have people ask me how to do stuff and do look up to me, I am still looked at as a lowly person.
It's funny to me how my recent horoscope states the following - we'll see how this week turns out to see how much of it is true.

Christmas and Happy Holidays
I don't think there is anyone you offend by saying Christmas. I believe it to be the other way around. I feel if you want to say Christmas, then say it, if you want to say happy holiday's then say...I don't think either party should jump down the others throat for saying things as they do. I believe in the happy holiday's version myself. I like to think it encompasses our nation as the melting pot that it is. I also believe that too many Christians use the "taking Christ out of Christmas" statement to a level of theatrics. I am a Christian. I see the corporations and the commercialization of our nation to be taking the true meaning of Christmas out of Christmas. Just my two cents.

Can not believe that happened...
...in my neighborhood...is how that saying goes. I heard this on the news tonight and thought what I always think:
Why not? Why don't you believe it can happen in your neighborhood?
In this day and age you may have the best neighborhood and neighbors but there are abnormal or sick and twisted people everywhere. Some are definitely worse than others and most go unnoticed for quite sometime.
While it's safe to say that a murderer, a child molester, and a house keeping illegals captive while abusing them is beyond abnormal, it is not shocking in the least to know they are out there. Even in your neighborhood.
You know what? The next time something shocking happens in your neighborhood say "Hmm, wonder what the other neighbors are up to?"

Cat on a leash
That is what I saw tonight: a cat on a leash. I want a kitty, told hubby I'd wait before we had anymore animals, but I really do want a kitty. When we get one later in life I will be training it to go on a leash!! So excited for that!!
