...in my neighborhood...is how that saying goes. I heard this on the news tonight and thought what I always think:
Why not? Why don't you believe it can happen in your neighborhood?
In this day and age you may have the best neighborhood and neighbors but there are abnormal or sick and twisted people everywhere. Some are definitely worse than others and most go unnoticed for quite sometime.
While it's safe to say that a murderer, a child molester, and a house keeping illegals captive while abusing them is beyond abnormal, it is not shocking in the least to know they are out there. Even in your neighborhood.
You know what? The next time something shocking happens in your neighborhood say "Hmm, wonder what the other neighbors are up to?"
